Timo Böckle holt sich in Rheinland-Pfalz Äpfel und Birnen direkt beim Erzeuger und macht das Beste daraus: Stückiges Apfelkompott mit Vanillenote und knallig rotes Birnenmus mit Sauerkirschen. Im Einkochautomat wird beides lange haltbar gemacht.
